I’d like to sincerely appreciate Grace, our waiter at the Java House Ruiru branch, for her outstanding service. She was warm, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. She took our orders with a smile, ensured everything was served on time, and checked in just the right amount to make sure we were comfortable.

Been here 3times and I give up, the first time no one talked to us for 30 whole mins, later the manager apologized and we gave it another chance, this time our order took 45mins🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️the manager realized and offered us a cake of the month slice and I feel she really tries the staff fail her….now again we’ve entered at 9.02pm and the doors were open and just after we sat the staff said they’re closed🤣🤣🤣🤣and we just left co what to do anyway….. let me go back to the...
