Shukrani Cafe — Restaurant in Malindi Town ward

The place was packed and I even had to share a mall 4 seat table with a couple. It was uncomfortable. The food was good, I had shawarma, fries and chicken. The staff were heavily occupied I had to ask for things like salt and chilli like 3 times to 3 different waitresses for me to get it. Also they don't have salt shakers for every table so I had to constantly borrow salt from another table next to me. The service was slow. Also they don't have a lipa na mpesa option so you need to either come with cash or be ready...

The food took too long to be ready, the service was poor and serving plates were not clean. The food was served cold and my chips mayai was not well cooked. The feedback was not well received by the waiter. I would not want to go back there. We were a group of 5 and the food was served at different intervals some taking even 10...
