We booked 2 nights at Breezepoint in a very spacious double room.|When we arrived it didn't look like the hotel had been informed we were coming which is a fault with Tripadviser/hotels.com as we had received confirmation but theyd obviously not informed the hotel, as such we had to wait a short while for our room but we were given refreshments whilst we waited.|Once we got to our room we were very happy with it - it was spacious had a nice through breeze, a tv, fridge, fan, a secure lock box and air con unit. It also had a nice little yard where we could sit out.|Due to the issue of not being expected we didn't have any towels or toilet roll and when I asked reception I was told theyd be brought later but they never arrived so I asked again and was given what we needed. Later I was advised by the lovely Manageress that the towels are sent out to be laundered so they were waiting for them to come back and as it was holiday season (xmas/new year) things were taking longer.|We had a few meals which were all nice and good value for money.|All in all we liked the hotel but there was one thing that was a negative for us and that was the volume the music was played at. It got so loud the bass made the windows vibrate and there was no way you could sit and listen to your own music as theirs was so loud...I likened it to a club med atmosphere so if you're into that then you'll be fine but if you prefer something abit more sedate then it's not really the place to visit.|As we were there on New Years Eve the hotel had laid on entertainment and this went on until the following morning so there was absolutely no chance of getting any sleep which for us who were checking out and travelling the next day was a bit much...and if we had known when booking there was going to be a big party we probably would have booked somewhere a...

Avoid this hotel if you can...horrible is understatement. Which hotel doesn't provide towels, soap and tissue in the rooms? Breeze point doesn't provide! And the excuse is "the towels are dirty"! They will promise to provide those basics but you will see none! Not even slippers! The room (57) has poor drainage, water all over the floor, stained loo, sink. The fat lady at the reception doesn't know why she's there in the first place. You ask her something, she doesn't bother to act. I was kept at the reception for close to 3 hours because my room was being made! What the hell! One room taking more than 3 hours to make? Then you check in and find no basics till you check out! Avoid Breeze point hotel in Malindi at all cost. Change the management or continue offering horrible services. Not...

I've been here before COVID-19 pandemic struck and now after. The quality of service in 2019 has fairly remained the same. The rooms get booked up pretty fast so you might need to call in advance and check if rooms are available. Ideal for budget quick trips, business, conferencing, and just a little leisure. Always clean and they have great service. It is also fairly convenient to access the town and the beach.

Great food. Pocket friendly, clean, good WiFi, music and amenities. They have a bar, good music, great customer service. From just 18$ you can get a very spacious room, with hot showers and clean towels. Book early, the place tends to run out of reservations due to demand😏

Excellent reception, good customer service. Serene environment for having conference meetings. No noise from the nearby busy town. The parking space is a little bit not enough for many vehicles. It was the best experience for me and my colleagues at the time. Enjoy
