Black Gold Cafe at Panari Hotel — Restaurant in Nairobi

The service at this Indian owned and run hotel and cafe has much to improve. It was a slow day with only one other customer besides me. First I wanted the rolls, they did not have them. Then I wanted the house pizza, they said that they dont have avocado !!! avocado is literally falling off the trees in Kenya. After consulting with another and friendlier waitress, I actually got avocado. However, you may be able to see that the pizza base is a pre-fabricated dough and as such completely boring and bland. The staff just looked at me as if I was being strange ... The prices at the cafe are not low, so my expectations were...

A nice 5 star hotel along Mombasa road which fantastic for bussiness meeting and jut for leissure, hanging out with friends and family. Currently Mombasa roas is under going construction so access is a bit with traffic jam depending on the times and also the direction you come from. From town, the best times during week days is between 11 am to 3pm after that expect to stay...
