Java House at TRM is a fantastic spot for coffee enthusiasts and casual diners alike. The warm and inviting ambiance creates a perfect setting for business meetings, solo work, or catching up with friends. Their coffee is expertly brewed, rich, and flavorful, making it a great pick-me-up at any time of the day. The food menu is diverse, offering everything from hearty breakfasts to delicious lunch and dinner options, including burgers, sandwiches, and African-inspired dishes.

The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Service is generally fast, though it can slow down slightly during peak hours due to high demand. The restaurant is well-maintained, clean, and spacious, with comfortable seating arrangements that allow for a relaxed atmosphere.

One of the highlights of Java House TRM is its consistency in food quality and service. Whether you are visiting for a quick coffee, a full meal, or just some dessert, you can always expect great taste and excellent presentation. While the prices might be slightly higher than local alternatives, the quality and experience make it worth it.

Overall, Java House TRM remains a solid choice for anyone looking for a great dining experience in a relaxed and stylish setting. Highly recommended for coffee lovers...

Well, Java restaurants are generally good and consistent when it comes to menus and quality of food although quantity differs a lot. In fact in my experience, the servings in this one are smaller in comparison to other restaurants particularly the galleria one. That said, this particular Java has poor quality service, the poorest I may add, well a close second to Total airport view one on Mombasa road where the tables were even dirty (separate review). It takes longer to be served and I've complained there twice after waiting for about 30minutes without being offered a menu. Once you complain, or even express your disappointment, no one gives a hoot, in fact I had one walk out in the mid conversation. I think this particular one may spoil the brand name considering other more overwhelmed branches like Aga Khan Walk and Mama Ngina street do a better job in terms of service. The best ones I've experienced in no particular order include Java Rosslyn Riviera, Gigiri, Galleria, UHMC, KMA so not all is gloom. Will not be going back there until I see a positive review or an upgrade in Service. The food remains delicious and I will continue to patronise the...

The croissant for breakfast is completely overpriced and you don't even get any extra sausages or anything additional. You will not even find prices like this in the Western world. And even for the full breakfast as they call it it's literally a small portion of potatoes and two sausages basically. At the price point the amount is also not enough. Even if you factor in that there is a small coffee it really doesn't make a difference. There should be an affordable breakfast option that you can buy daily or every second day. But this is unfortunately targeted at people who just want to throw out money and don't get value for it. Very unfortunate because the breakfast...

The burger l had wasn't that good the bun it self was really bad it's like they bought it from the supermarket and added the burger ingredients to it it was hard and not soft at all, for java l was really disappointed. We also had the mushroom sauce steak, the sauce was nice but the steak was chewy and not soft at all. The server didn't even ask us how we wanted the steak it came well done and dry instead of medium rare or asking us. The drinks were nice though. We had a iced caramel machiatto and a milkshake.

If you wish to partake a king-size samosa, this is the place to be. It is so huge, a single one is all you need. The outdoor seating overlooking Thika highway is good on a warm day, but tends to get windy and cold as the night draws. The assortment of foods and other delicacies is just like the other Java outlets around Nairobi. I have also worked while in this outlet as their WiFi is pretty fast and there are plenty of power sockets to plug in your laptop. Makes for a good meeting place.

It’s OK for a quick meal. The service is fast and the waiting staff is very friendly. And it’s relatively inexpensive. We paid 2580 KES for two cheese burgers and two lemonade drinks. On the negative side: I ordered a minty pineapple but it tasted only remotely like a pineapple. Plus I’m not sure why they don’t give you any napkins when you order a burger besides the small napkin that your silverware was wrapped in? See the picture. This really baffles me.
