One word - disappointing

10 Street has almost everything going for it that would merit a five-star rating in my books; funky decor, quick and friendly service, and amazing food presentation. Oh, and a unique ordering system

The taste department, however, completely lets it down.

I ordered the beef burger with extra toppings, and a side of onion rings with iced tea to boot. My wife had the chicken nuggets with 10 Street chips and lemonade.

The taste was simply off balance on everything but the beverages. The burger had an unidentifiable flavoring that was just wrong, the onion and mushroom extra toppings were overcooked almost to a paste. The onion rings were completely tasteless with very brittle batter that just fell to pieces. A simple seasoning mix would have greatly added to the taste.

The chicken "nuggets" (fingers, but that's not their biggest problem) had a similar tasteless flavour. Seasoning, people!

All in all, this place has the potential to become one of the trendiest joints in town, if only they can get their recipes done right. It's truly sad to see such potential wasted.

We went for an early dinner today late in the afternoon; we had been warned that it would be quite loud later on. Ordered a bottle of wine, which was good. The sweet and sour chicken wings starter was also good, but unfortunately we were pestered by 100 flies. I ordered medium rump steak with Kashmiri sauce, but unfortunately the meat came cold, sliced ​​like thick carpaccio and cooked through completely, tough as leather. My girlfriend had Chicken Thika on an onion board and Marsala chips, which also came cold. All in all, no risk of going again. Pauline, our waitress, was nice, but deliberately did not ask us after the meal whether we had enjoyed it. To make matters worse, a guy from the street came during the meal to ask for a small donation, so the restaurant has to make sure that guests are not bothered. We...

Service could be improved for take-away customers. My order takes too long to be delivered - twice this was the case. Also, on one occasion, not everything I'd ordered was brought. More attention to detail next time on their part would be good.

Would not recommend onion rings (not crunchy) and home fries (floating in sauce and white onions and the same sauce is used for buffalo wings)

Chicken wings taste bland with different sauces which makes it feel like two different dishes. The ingredients don't really come together to give you an exceptional dish.
