I guess some people are not meant to be in the service industry. Today I am forced to write this review and I hope whoever is concerned does something about the issue. So after a very tiresome day of touring around, my husband and I decide to go to Java house Nyali center to eat food since we well know the java back in uganda is famous for perfect food. We are ushered in by the Ugliest attitude of a one waitress called CHRISTINE who immediately begins by frustrating us...that's a story for another day! So we ask her if they serve Goats meat and her response leaves us wishing we had never asked😅 at this point, we decide to just settle with anything..we order a beef wrap and chicken wings. We ask her if chicken wings can be served with mashed potatoes but I for one think this was the most regrettable question we asked her! The only Java outlet that has on multiple times disappointed me due to the apathy of the waiting service crew. I waited more than ten minutes to be given a menu, all the while trying to politely hail the service staff. I had to walk to the counter to get the menu personally. Then again the blind waiters and waitresses keep passing me by as I try to draw their attention. I know I am dark, but not too dark to be seen and served in other Java outlets I have patronized for the last many years. I had to go to the counter to place my order. One waitress suddenly became very "apologetic" and offered to serve me. Java Nyali staff, the self hate you have for yourselves and your kind is awful.
