Well I am not someone who likes complaining but they always say a complaining customer is a loyal customer and I would love it if you changed an aspect in your establishment to make it a better place than it is. We have been coming here with my fiance and dad and well it’s the fourth time and we don’t feel it’s right to get such bad service. Today has marked it the end of us visiting your place as we had to wait to get served and since it wasn’t forthcoming we decided to leave. Mike the supervisor was in the vicinity but he was seated story telling with a colleague and as such he wasn’t bothered if we were there or not. The waitron on the next table was according service to an existing table and she did so twice ignoring our table or even bothering to ask if we were okay. Yesterday we were here and our bill was handed to us and on paying we had to literally look for the lady who had served us to come pick the bill and thanks to one security guy who came to our aid to check the bill and look for the waitron to clear us.
