McDonald's — Restaurant in Jabriya

I am really dissappointed with this store. I ordered crispy beef and was waiting for 30 mins my order was not ready. I didn't mind asking because i assumed that they are busy lets not bother them. Then finally when it was getting too late i asked about my order 1 counter lady said 5 mins. After 5 mins another counter lady says sir we will give your burger but without the crispy ingredient. I was like i paid for the crispy beef and your telling you will serve me without the crispiness? I mean you promote the burger as crispy beef and your staff are like they will serve it without the crispy stuff. I politely asked them for a refund without making any issue. Because i am human and i totally understand that they are working very hard. But i request the managment to have a look on...

I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received at your branch. There was a promotional poster displayed outside the restaurant advertising a specific meal offer. However, when I inquired about it, both the staff and the branch manager – Mr. Ronel – were completely unaware of the promotion.

Initially, they dismissed my inquiry and insisted that no such offer existed. It was only after I insisted and showed them the poster outside that they acknowledged it. I was then told that this was a mistake from the marketing department, and that the staff had not been informed about it.

One of the biggest branches of McDonald's in Kuwait, it has multiple self ordering machines at the enterance where you can choose your orders, pay by Knet and select if you want to collect the order by yourself or you can take table number and one of the staff will get the order to your table. There's also McCafe where you can take your favourite hot or cold drinks including tea and different types of coffee.
