Went at 10:35 pm .they told you can give order till 10:50 so we went . The attendant name Anil was very eager to give the bill rather than the food. With surprise immediately after ordering the food .he comes and Tells they are closing the account so it will be good if we pay immediately but tries be diplomatic and says it’s ok if you give afterwards but if you give now it’s good. We had no choice but to give as it was not a problem thinking that the food would be good. Unfortunately the food was served very bad and horrible to taste I don’t know if it was cooked before or what but we thought to tell this mr Anil , he comes up with a stupid answer saying that since you told to get the order after 5 minutes it might have got spoiled . The fact was after giving the soup within 2 minutes he comes up with the main starters and says it will become cold so if you take it ,other wise it will become cold we had no choice but to leave Horrible service and very unprofessional behaviour by mr Anil Had been here before but it was not the same this time . Unfortunately the food was wasted and 20 kd As well Would never recommend...
Read moreI have been regular with ubon. which actually means Lotus in Thai. I happened to visit it twice but did a home delivery several times over Talabat. Overall, Ubon delivers on ambiance and service, and some dishes definitely stand out. With a bit more consistency in flavor balance, it has great potential to be a favorite spot for Pan-Asian cuisine in the...
