Worst experience I had today from this shop. I had ordered few times kunafa from this shop earlier through Talabat and it was perfect . So I had planned to get more . Since I was nearby this shop I personally dropped down and bought one myself. This time they cheated me by giving old Product and when I called back to complain about it all they replied was โ€œwe donโ€™t have driver so you come and we will check and if we find anything wrong Iโ€™ll discuss with manager โ€œ . Cheating is already cheap done from kitchen part and now if the customer care also behave same there is nothing...

Crowded during Ramadan (before Iftar) My Advise is to make a pick up order, it will take around 20 minutes. And choose the nearest branch to you for pickup.
