The car service was very bad and the staff were very slow and i told them what i want to order very simple and clear they have to repeat the order several times and she go to other staff to tell them what i want the order was cheese burger and chicken nuggets happ meal and chicken burger i dont know why she didn’t understand the order, and i have been waiting the que 15 mins the cars are not moving .. plus the food was bad the cheese was cold and the bun was smelled like something rotten and the chicken nuggets was like preheated not fresh at all i throw...

If you order from Talabat, McDonalds basically has no record of your order nor do they care or try to help you if you have a problem or your order is delayed. Delays happen, however, their reaction and the way they dealt with it is the worst and most irresponsible. My advice is: go down, get your things, don’t wait for anyone to deliver...
