This was located just down the road where we were staying, so we decided to go. The place was empty when we arrived so we were sceptical but decided to go anyway and so glad we did. Honestly, this restaurant is amazing if you don't mind waiting a little bit longer for your food. The owners are an elderly couple, the lady is freshly cooking the dishes and the husband serves the food and loves to talk with guests. The portions are by far the biggest I have had in Laos (and all of SEA) and you can even ask more if it wasn't enough. But trust me, it will be. Stopped by for breakfast as we didn't like the look of the prices where we were staying. We swung by around 7:30 and looked closed. Came back at about 8 and the woman was around and door open!
