Kafepa' Coffee & Cafe — Restaurant in Vientiane Capital

I've had several friends recommend Kafepa and Kafepa is a regular participant at the coffee events around Vientiane. It's a small restaurant with a menu featuring a simple, but tasty menu. I think they serve some of the best coffee in Vientiane (and they supply a few shops with their beans...). If you are interested in Lao coffee, this is a great place to get acquainted. Really top-notch coffee.

There are several Japanese lunch sets -- I had the curry udon noodles which were really a pleasant surprise, my family had saba teriyaki. The kitchen is quick, the food is tasty, comfort food. The take-away pastries are also very tasty. There are many varieties to choose from, so you can pick your favorite one.

The owner has experience studying in Japan, is a good cook, and is a person of character who puts a lot of effort into nurturing young talent.
