Came here specifically to get Khao Soi. They have a menu with plenty of other things but didn't even look at it. I was hungry, I'm large with a large appetite so I ordered a large bowl of khao soi.
For those of you that are unfamiliar it's a noodle soup with soft, flat noodles, pork meat balls and pork mince in a sauce that looks like bolognaise but isn't. Nothing like khao soi in thailand. It's salty and i think has the fermented fish sauce in it. Anyway you can adjust it to your taste yourself with the various condiments on the table. pickled chillis for sour, Chilli paste for spicy, sweet Chilli sauce and sugar for sweet, fish sauce for salty. I go with sweet and sour.
It filled me up and was delicious.
Service was very prompt even though it was very busy for lunch. Sat down and within 5 mins had food infront of me
47,000 kip for this huge bowl and a small water is incredible value for money (£1.80, €2.10, $2.20 USD, $3.00 CAD, € ฿80 according to exchange rates today)
