While Starbucks is a comfortable place to relax with a cup of coffee, I've found that the food quality could be improved. The staff at this particular location could also benefit from additional training in customer service. While I appreciate the interior and soft chairs, it would be nice to receive a more personalized experience, such as being asked for my name and having a message written on my cup.
