Kontiki — Restaurant in Ādaži

Nice sunsets, lovely young lady waiters and nice food - the only place in town which does accept orders after 20:30 (all other close 21 in time, no exception)

Manager of the day even showed us that she understood what service means (hard to find in Baltics): as salad was "out of order" she offered us 20% discount. Suddenly after a while (40mins) our Shashlik came WITH salad. No idea how she made it but we were satisfied.

1 Point less as the starter-snack was serverd together with main dish - the starter should be served shortly after the drinks also to make the long leadtime for the mains more suitable for guests...

Anyway a great place at the lake with sunset -...

Excellent service. Stuff are very nice and welcoming. Food (we were having snacks) in my opinion are a little too oily (bread with garlic is definitely cut in too big pieces and are full with oil), chicken wings were excellent. There were a snack with a cheese sauce (don't remember name) -I really do not think they should leave it in menu. The view is amazing and atmosphere is great. Really ...

Pity but some days ago had a plan to visit this place, but there was too loud music.. And some 2 women (obviously cafe managers or smth) stood in the middle of cafe talking to each other and didn't even notice clients coming inside... They didn't even move, so we had to find a way to get the menu from bar. You can rarely get into situation like that at a restaurant or cafe.... but...
