company of 6 people arrive on the terrace 15min and nobody brings the menu 10min waiting time at the bar to announce that we need 6 menus to make a choice 10min waiting time to recieve 2 out of 6 menus ordered 15min to wait for somebody to take the order 15-20min for drinks to arrive 40 min. No food in front of us.while tabkes that have arrived later get their orders. We get notified that food will be late 30min because reasons.... 2 out of 6 people leave. The rest order drinks while waiting for food that should be there in 30min. 30min no drinks arrive.... the rest of 4 people company leaves the establishment.

Bad service, really slow order taking, didn't even bring any cutlery to eat the warm food with, i asked if i can charge the phone, she said yes, and then simply let it sit on a counter without charging. Since there was only 3 tables occupied. 0 for service! Very long awaiting time, for fries for kids we were waiting 30min. The main dishes were cold and the waiting time was 40min.
