Zelta pakavs, restorāns — Restaurant in Riga

We placed an order to take out a day before, to pick up ourselves and at the certain time. And it was not ready when we arrived at the agreed time.

✅In general we were very satisfied with: price service taste of the food and how it looked and the way it was packed to take out

❌Can be improved: the order was not done on time, and we were waiting for 35 minutes service, the waiters are not experienced (seems that they all are still in school age). I mean I need to wait for 35 minutes because they have delayed the order, noone couldn't provide an estimate of how much time would be required to wait, noone offered me a sit or place where to wait. I felt unwelcome end not appreciated as a client. I said I maybe then have a coffee, while I am waiting, they did a coffee for me (don't order as is not tasty at all) and left it near the cashier desk. we have ordered to take away just because the atmosphere and ambience is not pleasant inside. It feels like in train station in late 90's there are 'curtains' to split the tables, like in ambulance 😅

Very 90s Russian oriented place, will rarly hear anything else here, but Russians will feel like at home. First of all, staff is good, very hard working, and pleasnt to deal with. However, the manager or whoever the lady is that sits by the bar all day long is so aggressive toward anyone, with questions, what do you want. Doubt that staff feels good working for a manager like that. Second, there are no information about the food. You can't even get full allergen list from them or what is added to the food. So if You have dietary restrictions don't go here at any cost. Overall the meat skewers were tasty but it's a bit of a ripoff having 4 pieces of meat bunch of potatoes and little bit of salad.

Больше НИКОГДА мы не вернемся в это заведение!!!! Ребенок второй день лежит с отравлением!!!!!! На этих ребят нужно отправить Санэпидстанция!!!! Вот как раз этим я и займусь!!!!!

Не рекомендую данное заведение!!!!! Пришли с друзьями хорошо провести время а в итоге вечер был испорчен максимально!!!!! Заказали на 4-х людей большое мясное плато! А в итоге мы получили большое картофельное плато!!!! Администратор заявил что там будет 1 кг мяса, а в итоге даже 500 грам не было!!!!! За то картошки было 1 кг. У меня просто волосы стали дыбом. На четверых взрослых нам перенесли 4 кусочка свиного шашлыка, 3 кусочка куриного шашлыка, один люля с курицы и один люля с баранины и просто гора картошки!!! Когда я позвала администратора и спрашиваю что это. В ответ я услышала что ожидание и реальность могут не совпадать!! Но заявлено в меню как мясное плато а не картофельное!!! Мы говорим что это есть не будем и платить за якобы мясное плато отказываемся. На что администратор сказала что будет вызывать полицию!!! На что мы сказали окей! Ждем. В итоге полиции не было!! Мы устали там сидеть и заплатили 120€ за ужасный ужин!!!! Советую 100 раз подумать стоит ли сюда идти!!!!! Мы 100% сюда больше ни когда не...
