We had lunch today at "Kvazi", a simple but very neat pizzeria, located on the quiet "Katrīnas" square (nice to have, as Tukums is very noisy, lots of cars rushing everywhere). The experience has been very good: Firstly, as it was a bright sunny day we were able to enjoy the well-oriented terrace. Then the man in charge was very kind and helpful, the pizzas (one large salami and one small chicken/ananas) were served in a timely manner. The pizzas sizes were way larger than expected (it was rather respectively 40 and 30cm than 30 and 20cm as advertised), and they were very tasty (the pasta was suitably crispy outside and soft inside). Besides, the "Mežpils" chilled-served amber beer was excellent and the "Lavazza" capuccinos that ended the meal were beyond any criticism. All at an inexpensive price.
