Truly an amazing experience. We went for dinner and from the entrance to the seating the service was immaculate. Our waiter was amazing. He took us to select our fish and explained what types of fish are best for the cooking style we chose and suggested the amount of fish to get for 5 people which ended up being the perfect amount. Our waiter and all the other waiters that assisted us on our table were truly amazing, the service is of extremely high standards as they are all friendly, respectful and ready to happily assist. The food was heaven. We ordered: -Moutabal, taboule, fries, vine leaves, calamari panee, prawns panee, grilled octopus, cheese rolls, batata hara, Sujuk, mixed BBQ, and Sultan Ibrahim for the fish. The food quality and quantities were great and the seating is nice with a beautiful sea view. However, the service was very bad. Servers are nice and friendly but they are very understaffed. The entire indoor dining hall had only 2 servers on a Sunday during lunch, making any order take extremely long. For example, a bottle of water, a side of garlic and an ashtray (manfada) took over 20 minutes. Other actual food orders took much longer. The inadequate service ruined the initially great experience. It is unfortunate that such a nice place with great food is understaffed on a Sunday, especially that it is on the pricey end. It also puts plenty of pressure on the working servers with everything that they have to deal with. That said, great food, nice place, nice view, but be ready to wait very long times for anything...

We went for lunch (the restaurant was not very busy)and ordered 2 KG of fried fish, fench fries, hummous, batanjan mtabal, 1/4 bottle of Arak and fruits/coffee. As a tourist, I found the bill a little expensive. Other than that, the restaurant had more than enough wait staff on hand (many of them were just standing talking with one another as they had no customers). This can make some people feel uncomfortable. As for the food and service, they were great and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The restaurant was equipped with a place to change a babies diaper.
