Green's Cafe — Restaurant in Beqaa Governorate

I personally think this is one of the decent places in that area, the place is clean which is a good starting point. The waiter arrived quick and took our orders which were delivered in fast manner , the manager had always looked out at waiters performance. The menu is full of varieties, it is an intensional cusine however the taste of the food we tried leaves you demanding for better flavor. The food feels incomplete, the mushrooms were fresh for example in chicken pasta which is a huge plus for me but the pasta was bit overcooked and oily with lack of proper seasoning and sauce. Same goes for chicken curry ,the rice had no salt what so ever and I'm kind of person who doesn't add any salt to food usually yet I felt it lacked it. I am not happy if someone charging me for something that I did not order or I did not know it will be put in the bill. If the place illegally using charges, than it will not be accepted. I refused to pay additional charge for currency devaluation. If you incorporate it into the price of your menu then I will decide if I want to stay and have your service and food but do not impose extra charge and telling me at the time when I ask for the bill. Anyway, it is illegal to use black market rate as additional charge. I am very much disappointed with the place. However, I must say that the food was tasty and good fresh. I love this place its full of positive vibes you feel relaxed the minute you walk in. It has been a while since i came they changed the menu unfortunately taking away many vegetarian options. The bread basket was not as fresh as it used to be and came with four buns although we were 5! However the olive tapenade is as good as usual. We asked for other round of bread but received only two! We took the salvette salad i liked its freshness but was not rich in flavors, it could be better to have citrusy fruits and maybe few more salmon slices. The baked potato is as perfect as usual.
