Roadster Diner — Restaurant in Mount Lebanon Governorate

We had dinner at this restaurant last week and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. We ordered the Super Sampler to share and specifically requested the chicken strips to be half BBQ and half Buffalo (3 of each). However, we received 4 BBQ and only 2 Buffalo strips. Since we were three people, one of us didn’t get a Buffalo strip, so we informed the waiter. They promised to bring an extra Buffalo strip, but it never arrived.

The service overall was poor. We had to repeatedly ask—four or five times—for honey mustard sauce, a Diet Pepsi refill, and even basic items like gloves.

The burger buns were also disappointing. They were extremely dry, as if they had been left out for a few days, and were falling apart.

When we spoke to the manager, she offered to waive the charge of one of the burgers and took our phone number, saying someone would follow up with us. However, no one ever called.

This was a very underwhelming experience, far below the standards we’ve come to expect from...

I regretfully say that the after service is becoming bad. I have been living in Mar Taqla for quiet some time and the delivery was always on time and everything seemed delicious. Last 2 experiences it wasnt so. The one before, i ordered couple of things and one of them was the truffle mushroom. The taste was awful and i made a complaint. They called to know what was exactly. I informed them. They told me they will reach me after but they never did. The last one, i ordered also couple of things and the call center suggested to try the ranch chicken. I told her that my wife didn't like it last time but she insisted. Again it was awful: the sauce and it was swimming in it. Not only that but the order was delayed for extra 15 min than it should. I made a complaint, nothing happened. Last time myself, wife, sister and brother in law will order. If you don't care about your customers, we switch....

For the 2nd time i get disappointed after visiting/ordering from this branch.

Last time i ordered 2 chicken kale wasabi salads and the taste was bad (veggies weren't fresh and the dressing was too watery and citric). After sharing my feedback over Zomato, a female from the customer service team called and said "thanks for informing us, we will check with the kitchen" and that was it knowing that I'm a loyal customer for the restaurant.

Yesterday i visited the branch as i thought that the quality of food might have been low due to the delivery.

I ordered the super sampler and two salads; in less than 5 mins, the super sampler platter arrived so we weren't surprised that the food was kinda cold a bit as if it wasn't immediately fried and we definitely didn't enjoy the taste.

We're definently not coming back👎 at least not...
