Mr. Brown — Restaurant in Zouk Mosbeh

I went there on Wednesday after my university exam to meet up with someone. I had to ask where the toilet is and I went behind a pickup truck for the toilet so I walked a distance to there and that was quite a scary walk regarding that it was night. I came back and well we ordered 2 burgers ( bbq bacon burger and chicken burger) and a chicken sandwich. We had to wait for like 40 mins till our order came n I felt that their priority is mostly the delivery guys than the actual people dining in cause I saw so many takeout orders. Either ways while I was waiting there was this irritating music playing all the time and it's the same track that keeps on repeating it was horrible. Imagine listening to the same song over and over again for an hour it felt like torture and I just wanted to have my food and leave. The food arrived the sandwich was okay the chicken burger was very delicious I'll give you that, but the bbq bacon burger was very unnecessary saucy and the bacon was not chewable I could not eat it at all it was unacceptable. My friends told me not to order from mr brown but I did. After an hr from the order, I called them. First template answer for why I haven't received my order yet is that there's a lot of workload. Then she said I just called the branch and the driver has just left the branch. Another template answer. Hung up and waited another 30 mins and called back. Took them so long to answer. A guy answered and I told him the situation. He said let me call you back. I insisted I stay on the line since the woman before him "made the call" from another line. So at the end he did, weird. The manager said the driver left long time ago and he doesn't know where he is. The guy on the phone told me I donno what to tell you. The driver finally called me asking for directions, mind you that the distance between the branch and the house add up to 10 min tops. I asked the driver how long have you had the food on you, the answer summed up to 25 min. So 1 the woman lied, 2 the driver took 10 min per his side of the story looking for the house while he could've called. The food got here cold, inedible and disgusting. Highly not...
