Čili Pizza — Restaurant in Kaunas

We came to Chili Pizza without high expectations, as the brand has always had a rather mixed reputation in Lithuania. However, this visit genuinely surprised us in the best way possible.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the restaurant manager. Due to a technical issue on Chili’s website, our order status showed that the pizzas were ready much faster than they actually were. Once we arrived, the manager clearly explained the situation — that there had been a mix-up with another similar order of four pizzas.

Even though it caused a small delay, the team handled it very professionally. We were offered complimentary coffee while waiting, and the manager personally ensured that our order was prioritized and freshly made.

When the food arrived, the pizzas were okayish, not ideal, but not bad either... just default or even a bit lower quality than in most of Chili Pizza places, but still the service & additional attention by manager gave us memorable experience & experience lead to this positive review.

In short - yes there are still a lot of space for improvement regarding food quality & overall taste, proportions, but regarding marketing & management everything...

Came with family for lunch. Ordered 34€ worth of food. 3 minutes after our order, my daughter changed her mind and wanted dumplings instead of french fries. Waitress said they can not change order. I spoke to manager. She said they would loose food that is they have no where else to put French fries... really?! I looked around and saw french fries on every table... Clearly they do not care about customer service (very common in Lithuania). Food quality very commercial. Small portions. Also our seats were stained so if you choose this restaurant be careful where you sit. Photo attached.

Unfortunately we left enstsblishment without ordering to really rude staff. They menu as only in Lithuanian which is normal but was wondering maybe they do have english version. After long wait of waiter I ended up to go to bar tender and ask about english menu if possible and in response I was told that here is Lithuania with side look. Not sure if that comment was necessary if...
