Arena pizza, maistas į namus — Restaurant in Kaunas

Was there with a colleague. He recommended , like there is no other place around to go . For first time , has a good impression. They ordered some zeppelins, that I still haven't try yet , it's some local meal.. to me it doesn't look very tasty:) , still it might be . I had a burger. The meat was good , juicy , even tasty :). Only inconvenient was it had no stick through it so everything was sliding when tried to cut. Even the potatoes were tasty. After finishing meals , and drinks , nobody came to ask if we need another , or anything . After 10 more minutes she asked for the bill. There were only 3 tables occupied at the time. We were making fun about the situation, is it was more crowded, we would probably had dinner also there as nobody woke of come in that time period to ask anything. It's a cozy place to go if you want go enjoy a nice meal. Prices not you high, so you should...

Iš šios picerijos sakydavomės ne vieną ir ne du kartus, tačiau kiekvieną kartą aptarnavimas skirdavosi kaip diena ir naktis, apie bendravimą telefonu išvis net nekalbu, ten toks chaosas visada... Nepaisant įvairių kuriozų su šia kavine, išskirčiau paskutinį, po kurio tikrai daugiau nebeužsisakinėsime ir draugams neberekomenduosime šios kavinės. Sekmadienį 22:58 per svetainę arenapizza.lt buvo pateiktas užsakymas, gavome el. Paštu laišką, kad užsakymas priimtas ir šiuo metu yra vykdomas, nepraėjus nė minutei po užsakymo pateikimo prisiminiau kad nepridėjau Colos ir draugui paskambinus jų nurodytu telefonu buvome patikinti, kad užsakymas jau perduotas išvežimui, jo koreguoti nebegali ir, deja, colos pridėti galimybes nebeturi, kadangi kalbėjo draugas, nebelindau, tačiau iškart kilo įtarimas, kaip per pora minučių sugebėjo pasigaminti 4 patiekalai ir jau nukeliauti išvežimui... Kadangi po skambučio net nekilo minties, kad galbūt kažkas negerai gali būti su mūsų užsakymu (ne kartą buvo ir taip, kad jeigu pateikdavome užsakymą po 23 valandos, išvis jų nesulaukdavome, o informavimo arba bent kokio pranešimo apie tai gali net nesitikėti ir tik spėlioti laukti dar ar jau nebe), pralaukėme net iki 1 valandos nakties, tačiau niekas taip ir neatvyko, o jų numeris jau po 12 valandos nebeveikė... Dar iki dabar diskutuojame, kaip tokių vietų niekas neuždaro, suprastume vienetinius atvejus, bet vien patys likome be vakarienės 3 kartus... Perskaičius komentarus, supratome, kad esame ne pirmi tokie, todėl bandysime kreiptis į vartotojų...
