Čili Pizza — Restaurant in Klaipėda

So im quite dissapointed with my recent visit to this restaurant despite the food being up to its usual standard it no longer feels like a restaurant :(.. they have refreshed the seating area, however they removed the booths wich my partner and i preffered next to the windows as they provided certain privacy to the meal - now you are forced to see everyone else and what they are eating like in any basic valgyklą. But our main dissapointment is that we were forced to use their app and pay before we receive the food. I mean no option to run the tab, so for every single additional drink or desert we need to go on the app scan the thing enter our card details and pay upfront over and over... obviously this restaurant doesn't want to make it easy for us or wants to have any up-sell. At this point we may as well just go to the counter and pick up our order too - why have waiters at all 🤣 this only made us wonder if the chili pizza doesnt trust we will pay or they dont trust their own staff with the money - either way this feels off... not to mention my mom would not even be able to order anything as this app thing and card entering for her would...

Friendly staff and ok food but kitchen is delivering dishes randomly. One gets ordered food, the rest is still waiting. And waiting. And waiting. And the place wasn’t crowded at all. It seems that kitchen is prioritising food delivery as delivery guys were popping in all the time. Exactly same problem a year ago in another place of the same network. No improvement. Don’t think I am going to eat here again. If you want a bear, fine. But if you don’t want to stare at others eating while you are waiting,...

I do not recommend it - it is a clear disregard for visitors. We scan the menu, chose dishes. And have to wait 10 minutes. looking for a waitress. A group of them were chatting at the bar. Only a quarter of the tables were occupied, so there was no rush of customers. If they don't take that long to take an order, when will they bring it? We went to the London Grill next door. We were served quickly there, we had a delicious meal, and the prices were 20-30% lower...
