Žuvelė — Restaurant in Neringa

Good price/quality ratio for a mass-turist-place when you want fish - the pizza place next to it looked nicer but had no fish options, so we came to Žuvelė.

My trout was nice and fresh, but a bit tasteless, missed some seasoning both on it and the salad. Maybe the kitchen just forgot to add some, as my partner's fresh salad had some sauce, more flavour. The eel soup was also nice, so was the service.

my advice would be to find a different solution to keep the wind away as these plastic sheets look ugly and ruin otherwise lovely old school village-like interior. Loved the...

We have had a lovely time having lumch from here today. We were a family of 5, and none of us could speak Lithuanian, but thankfully we got waited on by a lovely young lady with very beautiful english, which made the experience worthwhile. The men had very tasty dumplings in cream sauce, and i and the children had very crunchy and yummy fries and hot chicken figures. We all loved the food and the place. Thank you very much. Pike/pike-perch cutlets were and still are my friend's first choice here for years if not decades. So i ordered the one. Garnish- potato mash and vegetables ( few salad leaves and some capparis) -were disappointing and the minced fish cutlets shouldt be in kids menu,- no salt, no pepper, no taste. p. s.
