I’d like to share an unfortunate experience from my first visit to your coffee shop. I ordered a latte to go but was given a cappuccino with milk that hadn’t been properly frothed at all. The drink had a watery consistency and was quite unpleasant in taste. On top of that, the cup was filled to the very top, making it hard to secure the lid, and some of the coffee spilled during the walk. This was especially frustrating since it was a takeaway order. Absolutely lovely book- coffee shop. Loved the service, the team is lovely, friendly and patient. They have plant alternatives for both coffee and food, which is rare for small town. Also batista's are great- they made really great coffee (not burnt milk and not over/under extracted coffee shots) and decorated with latte art! And of course the book shop itself.. although it's a small book shop but it offers wide verity of books which surprised me, also staff were very helpful and upstanding...

My kids just love this place, even though we visit Plunge once a year,we always have to come here.
