Čili Pizza (PC „MADA“) — Restaurant in Vilnius

Most horrible service ever in my life. Never will be back in there and don't suggest people to go there. I was going there with my family and friends so many times till this moment. I went to have a lunch, which went very well. Then same day we was back to have coffee and cake, I was with my 3 kids and nephew. I ordered coffee which I got in 10min and waitress put spoon under my cup, so when I took the spoon the cup with a coffee went right all over me, thank goodness my 8 month old child was on another side and didn't get burn. My older daughter helped me to clean table, phone and myself, but all stuff was chatting and didn't see what's happened, finally in 10min we got attention and I got only few paper tissues to clean myself. After we finally clean, but all with stains of coffee tshirt I got question if I need anything else? I answered would be great to get my coffee I didn't drink, the waitress asked another person to put through the till another coffee but I stopped her by saying I'm afraid I didn't drink my first one because someone put spoon under my cup. In what I got screaming waitress blaming me for not seeing where is spoon and its only my fault. Then someone bring coffee without saying anything but I didn't drink it, I knew it was the trick. I asked for a bill and saw 2 coffees in my bill, I said I'm not paying for it and asked for a manager, in what girl answered she was a manager, then I asked do you speak with all customers like that? In what she answered rude I made scandal from spiling coffee myself. It was most unpleasant visit in my life, my kids didn't enjoy the visit as well. By being manager that was inappropriate to speak with a customer like that. Never...

Пришёл, встретил приветливый официант. Заказ бокал пива, всё было хорошо до того момента, пока я не захотел заказать Long Island. Официант принял заказ, спустя 15 минут подошёл и сказал что у них не хватает алкоголя на него. Я задал вопрос, какого именно, в ответ услышал: «Джин». Подошёл к бару и увидел что он есть и начал задавать логичные вопросы, почему мне не сделали коктейль. Администратор начала выкручиваться всеми способами, зовут её Анджелика. Сначала сказала что все заняты (хотя я уточнял официанту что я могу подождать) ,а бармен новенький парень, потом начала говорить что сделает, главное чтобы я не жаловался, но внятного ответа почему они врут и не сделали коктейль я не получил. В итоге, мне всё таки сделали коктейль. НО, Анджелика снова смогла сделать ошибку, и сделала этот коктейль не в тот стакан. Больше желания приходить сюда нет. Надеюсь этот отзыв кому-то пригодится)

At first she said that everyone was busy (although I asked the waiter that I could wait), and the bartender was a new guy, then she began to say what she would do, the main thing was that I shouldn’t complain, but I didn’t get a clear answer why they were lying and didn’t make a cocktail. In the end, I still made a cocktail. BUT, Angelica made a mistake again, and made this cocktail in the wrong glass. There is no more desire to come here. I hope this review is useful to someone)

Atvyko ir pasitiko draugiškas padavėjas. Užsisakiau bokalą alaus, viskas buvo gerai, kol nenorėjau užsisakyti Long Ailendo. Padavėjas priėmė užsakymą, po 15 minučių priėjo ir pasakė, kad jam neužtenka alkoholio. Uždaviau klausimą, į kurį atsakymą išgirdau: „Genas“. Nuėjau į barą ir pamačiau, kad jis ten yra, ir pradėjau klausinėti logiškų klausimų, kodėl jie man nepadarė kokteilio. Administratorė pradėjo visaip išeiti, jos vardas Andželika. Iš pradžių ji sakė, kad visi užsiėmę (nors padavėjo paklausiau, kad galėčiau palaukti), o barmenė naujas vaikinas, tada pradėjo pasakoti, ką darys, svarbiausia, kad nesiskųsčiau, bet Aiškaus atsakymo, kodėl meluoja ir nedarė kokteilio, negavau. Galų gale vis tiek pagaminau kokteilį. BET, Angelica vėl suklydo ir pagamino šį kokteilį netinkamoje taurėje. Nebėra noro čia ateiti. Tikiuosi, kad ši apžvalga kam nors...

Sveiki, buvau šendien Mados Čili Pizza, galiu pasakyti jog aptarnavimas ir maisto kokybe yra pasibaisetyna. Nors buvo sekmadienio vakaras ir tikrai tuščias Čilli, bet alaus bokalo teko laukti 15-20min, ir nemanau jog galima pilstyti Švyturio alu i Grimbergeno bokalus, bet negana to užsisakius lietiniu su kumpiu ir suriu, ju negavau praejus 40min, priejus prie padavejos, ji pasake jog užmiršo ivesti i sistema, " tokiem darbuotojam išduokit tušinuka su lapuku, kad užsirašytu užsakyma"!!!!!!. Padaveja atnešus lietynius, pasake jog tai iš jos saskaitos, bet ir tie patys lietyniai buvo šalti.... nesuprantu kaip per paskutinius keleta metu sugebejo taip subireti čilli... gaila!!Sveiki, neseniai lankiausi Mados Cili picoje. Maistas skanus, ypač picos, tačiau aptarnavimas yra tragiškas. Beveik ne vienas padavėjas neišmano aptarnavimo standartu. Padėklais nemoka naudotis, nešioja juos dviem rankomis (iš šono atrodo tragiškai). Meniu neišmano, papildomu pasiūlymu prie patiekalu nesiūlo. Ypač nepatiko vienos padavėjos elgesys. Vardo nemačiau, tačiau buvo blondine, plaukai iki pečių. Stebėjau kaip vienas klientas liko aprektas. Kad ir kokia situacija butų, padavėjai negali šitaip elgtis jokiais būdais. Mano siūlymas butų cili picos darbuotojams pravesti apmokymus, taip kelsite savo lygį, nes šiuo metu atrodote kaip kaimo kavinuke su...
