Čili Pizza — Restaurant in Vilnius

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The service was non-existent - you have to use an app which doesn't even work properly, the cart gets emptied randomly and you have to go through it again, the amount gets deducted from your credit card, while the app says that there was an error and the order never gets sent to the kitchen... Waitresses were not helpful, not friendly at all, telling us to just wait for "something in the system to happen", after waiting for 20 mins or so one of them thankfully came up with an idea to take a picture of the menu items in the cart and fulfill the order that way... The service was awful, food was awful, place itself is dirty. Absolutely nothing to go...

Prieš kelias savaites apsilankiau šioje picerijoje-kavinėje ir buvau maloniai nustebintas. Pirmiausia, picos buvo fantastiškos – plona, traški tešla ir gausus, šviežias ingredientų sluoksnis. Tačiau tai, kas mane tikrai nustebino, buvo platus kitų patiekalų asortimentas. Meniu radome visko – nuo salotų iki mėsos patiekalų ir gardžių desertų, todėl kiekvienas galėjo rasti kažką sau. Aptarnavimas buvo greitas ir profesionalus. Labai rekomenduoju šią vietą.

I visited this pizzeria-cafe a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. First off, the pizza was fantastic—a thin, crispy crust with generous, fresh toppings. But what really impressed me was the wide variety of other dishes. The menu had everything from salads to meat dishes and delicious desserts, so there was something for everyone. The service was also quick and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Ich habe dieses Pizzeria-Café vor ein paar Wochen besucht und war angenehm überrascht. Zunächst einmal war die Pizza fantastisch—ein dünner, knuspriger Boden mit großzügigem, frischem Belag. Was mich aber wirklich beeindruckt hat, war die große Auswahl an anderen Gerichten. Die Speisekarte bot alles von Salaten über Fleischgerichte bis hin zu köstlichen Desserts, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war. Der Service war auch schnell und professionell. Ich kann dieses Lokal...

Horrible service, I had to go inside to request drinks and a waiter, then it still took another 10mins or so after waiting 20mins prior. I ordered a salad, I requested my fish hot, it was not hot, and the bartender did not return with a response as to whether or not the cook will make my fish hot. The salad was old with brown saggy wet areas... my husband ordered a burger, the bun was totally different...
