Hesburger — Restaurant in Vilnius

The gentleman buckle up. I decided to visit this establishment because I felt like being a fatty. I was expecting a top-notch treatment because I am usually a McDonald’s visitor. Turns out that Hesburger is planning to poison us all and take over the world. I decided to order a burger, and when I opened the burger, I found drugs. There was There was diarrhea pills all over my cheese on my cheeseburger, and I was obliterated. That sent me straight to the bathroom. I proceeded to poop my guts out for the next 10 minutes until a worker walked in. They had their mop and were ready to clean the bathroom, but instead they had to wipe my tush because I was a mess from the diarrhea pills. Lucy, I’m so sorry if I have to see you again you were not meant for the squirrel. Unfortunately, I went back and ate the rest of my food, and I was mission impossible. The fries that I had were made out of fingers, and I ended up eating a fingernail, and it was bright blue and acrylic, and it made me so distraught that I actually started choking and phone to a coma, and I am writing this now from a wheelchair, because I am unable to move any part of my body under my neck because of hamburger. I am using voice to text to type this out and it has been a struggle....

We visited with our family and found complete disorder. Literally, we found a pigsty on the second floor. All the tables were covered in something, there were fries and trash on the floor. When we went to politely inform the staff about the mess, we received an interesting comment: "The kids made a mess, don’t be surprised." We are not surprised by the kids, but by the staff’s negligence. After waiting for our order, the chaos was evident. There weren’t many customers, but we saw 5-6 staff members. We waited around 15 minutes for our order. They forgot to add the tea. For the next order, they forgot the sugar. We mentioned we would eat on-site, but there were no napkins. The overall impression was very poor. Unfortunately, we will definitely think twice before returning...

Unfortunately, our experience at the Hesburger restaurant today was very disappointing. We found a lot of mess, and when we asked for the table to be cleaned so we could sit down, we received rude comments from the staff, specifically from a slim, dark-haired girl working that shift. Although there were few customers in the evening and many staff members, we observed a lot of chaos. People were running around without clear direction, and there was even an incident where a customer's tray was knocked over. This kind of experience certainly doesn't leave a good impression and doesn't encourage...
