Slice sushi — Restaurant in Vilnius

Sushis: big enough and well made. Difficult to say something about taste this time. I wasn't hungry that much, so maybe that's why they felt kinda bland/dry without added sauce. Add-ons (soya sauce, wasabi, ginger): all really great, no loss of quality here. Packaging: Stylish and unique. Although a paper bag instead of a plastic one could have been used for sustainability purposes. Overall, I'm not dissapointed. I will be coming back to taste different meals they've got to offer, because their joint is close to home. Since so many people are lauding the taste of their sushis, I'm inclined to believe, that perhaps next time, I will be able to appreciate them better.

EDIT: I've ordered several times already since the day I wrote this review, and I must say that their sushi's are of excellent quality which doesn't change over time. Every time I've ordered, no matter the time of day, I've gotten delicious sushi's, which simply melt in my mouth. Any joint is capable of producing good sushi's at some time, but to do it consistently is another...

Delivers quality consistently.

I've come to this sushi place dozens of times, and it never disapoints. I usually take the monthly deal, which I see as a bargain. The fish is always fresh and well-salted. The rice is sticky and well-cooked. If you dine in, you can ask for more ginger if you'd like. Other sushi restaurants I've been to have never topped the quality of the ingredients here.

Sadly, there isn't much seating space, so takeout is recommended. But usually, the restaurant isn't full and you can find a seat. The view is meh.

Sushi tikrai geros kokybės ir jaučiasi jog naudoti švieži ingridientai. Labai gerai paruošti ryžiai, sushi laikosi labai gerai ir valgant nebyra. Kepti sushi (sake panko) buvo labai skanūs, tikrai geras padažas ir apkepimas. Tokyo sushi (man asmeniškai) buvo šiek tiek beskoniai ir šaltesni už kitus nekeptus sushi, bet soja ir wasabi pagelbėjo tad tikrai nebuvo neskanu ar nemalonu valgyti. Įpakavimas taip pat labai geras ir patogus, imbieras bei soja asmeniškai pasirodė geresni nei pvz. Sushi Express ir wasabi buvo švelnesnis nors ir turėjo reikiamo aštrumo. Tikriausiai vienintelis minusas būtų žmonėms kurie norėtų valgyti vietoje, nes tam nėra daug vietos, ypač grupėms, bet be to tikrai rekomenduotina. Sushi vidutiniškai 1-2 eurais brangiau nei Sushi Express bet tikrai verta...
