We visited for birthday 🎉 Asked for non alcoholic prosecco but was told it was sold out with no substitute offered. Overall food was food. Best beef stroganoff i have eaten in several months. Asked for french fries instead of meshed potatoes, dish turned out very good. The deserts are ok, vanilla ice cream and poppy seed cake being the best. Cappuccino was brought incorrectly in smaller cups used for black coffee ☕️ ☹️ so looked tiny. Good variety of drinks, including homemade lemonade. As for the service, personnel should be more attentive. We asked multiple times to refill water, the courses were brought before clearing out the table what created chaos with plates. Waiter has written down the order but then managed to bring an extra main dish that was not even ordered. Place has an additional fee for white cloth. Payment by card is possible. Tips can be left by scanning the QR code with phone. No sittings outside unfortunately, due to ongoing reconstruction. Once complete the terrace would be a good upgrade. An authentic place next to the forest and not far from the city. Good vibes emerge from a bohemian style, attentive service, nothing is pretentious or overdone here. Get a place on the terrace and enjoy a glass of a cold beer brewed here at the Tores. Chat to the owner if you want to know more about it, very knowledgeable person! The Tores is popular with young and old, couples and families or larger groups, everyone will feel welcomed in this cosy place with great food. One of our go-to places for great soups, excellent day meals, and good beer brewed on site. Prices have been inching upwards...that seems to be the norm now with energy prices out of control. We're seeing our regular staff with a few newbies.Parking is available but dangerous to get safely onto the busy roadway. Today I had a 5-star serving of seafood stew, loaded with fish, shrimp, mussels, and some octopus in a curry broth.
