Scam!

We went to Skybar for lunch last week Friday for the Restodays menu. We made our reservation on the Restodays website.

The price for the menu advertised on the Restodays website is Eur 39. We ordered the starter and main dish thinking we would decide on the dessert later. In the end we did not take the dessert because we were not hungry anymore. To our surprise when we were presented with the bill the price for the starter and main dish was higher than the price for the 3 course menu! For 2 dishes we had to pay Eur 42 pp. When we pointed out that this was not correct the waitress told us that the dishes were charged seperately because we did not take the menu. She claimed that our dishes had been bigger than the portions in the menu. This is very unlikely since the starter was only 1 small cannelloni and all dishes looked exactly the same (we were seated next to the kitchen). But most important nobody told us anything when we ordered. And we made our reservation specifically for the Restodays menu. The manager did not show his/her face and they even called security! What a deception and frankly a complete fraud.

We have used Restodays many times because it is a great way to try out new restaurants. We always had great experiences but this was so dissapointing. They are misleading their customers and don’t care about customer service. We don’t care about a few euros more or less but it’s about the principle.

Average food, slow service and expensive. To avoid at any costs if you would like to enjoy a nice meal. You will get much better value for money and a better customer experience...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Skybar in City Concorde during the RestoDays event, and it was an unforgettable experience. The restaurant, located at 80 Route de Longwy, offers a stunning view and a chic, modern ambiance that sets the perfect mood for a delightful meal.

The RestoDays menu was a fantastic opportunity to sample some of the best dishes Skybar has to offer at a very reasonable price. We went there twice as the menu changed each week. As usual all the dishes are beautifully presented, fresh and flavorful. The menu 4 mains were from its flavours not my style but the preparation was good. The menu the second week hit my taste. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was impeccable.

The dessert were ech time a highlight of the evening for me—a kind of revisited baba with Rum. Skybar continues to be one of my favorite restaurants.

The service was nice and polite as usual throughout the evening. The staff were attentive, our dog Toffee received his bowl of water and so the staff made sure we had everything we needed.

Overall, dining at Restaurant Skybar during the RestoDays event was a great experience. The combination of exquisite food, excellent service, and a beautiful setting makes it a must-visit. I keep my high recommendation for the restaurant, also outside resto-days!

Very bad service and behavior. Although reservation was booked for 1.45 pm, and one person was already at place at 1.40 , they refused to serve us. They told that all persons shall be there on time and already order at 1.45! How is this possible to any restaurant in the world? And why did they allow reservations at 1.45 when kitchen closes at 1.45?The chef was very arrogant and already told at 1.45 that he will refuse to take order. Those places shall cease to exist with such management. I will look to find an official authority to file a report for such unbelievable behavior. Hope also that the owners of the restaurant will be aware of the behavior of their employees
