VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF 👎🏼

I am very disappointed with the service I received at the restaurant today (16/05/2024)

I had originally made a reservation for 2 people but due to an emergency, I had to bring my daughter along. My son had an accident and was rushed to the hospital with my husband, leaving me no choice but to bring my daughter with me.

Upon arrival, I tried to explain the situation to your staff. Instead of listening and understanding, they rudely interrupted and insisted that I should have been clearer when making the reservation to avoid such a "mistake." I even suggested that we could keep the same table but simply add a chair for my daughter, as she will not be eating. However, instead of accommodating this reasonable request, the staff was extremely rude and insisted that I did not understand their protocol. I felt deeply offended by their lack of empathy and the accusatory tone they used.

Their behavior was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of empathy. This made an already stressful evening even more difficult for me and my daughter, also for my friend who came all the way to visit us. This experience has severely impacted my perception of your restaurant.

Après avoir mangé dimanche dans ce restaurant pour le baptême de notre fils, je dois malheureusement donner une évaluation négative. Arrivés au restaurant, nous avons dû demander nous-mêmes la carte au bout de 40 minutes. Trois plats n'étaient pas disponibles sur la carte. Le riz avec le poisson a été oublié. Le filet de bœuf commandé à point était tout à fait cuit et sec. Payer 50 € pour cela m'a un peu fait de la peine. Nous avons commandé un café, mais personne n'a voulu savoir si nous voulions un digestif. Quand le gâteau que nous avions fait livrer est arrivé, les serveurs ont chanté joyeusement "Happy Birthday"... Apparemment, personne n'avait encore remarqué ce qui était exactement fêté, bien que le gâteau ait été étiqueté. Le serveur a ramené le reste du gâteau en cuisine et a eu le culot d'en offrir une part au personnel de cuisine ! Malheureusement, il n'avait pas remarqué que mon mari se trouvait juste derrière lui pour lui demander s'il était possible de couper et d'emballer une part pour nos invités. Nous avions pour presque 600 € et personne ne nous a demandé si nous voulions boire quelque chose à la maison. Cela aurait peut-être été une bonne excuse pour le comportement inapproprié du serveur. Nous avions également fêté le baptême de notre fille il y a trois ans et tout s'était bien passé. Nous y sommes allés avec plaisir ces dix dernières années, mais cette fois-ci, c'était la dernière fois depuis longtemps.

Nachdem wir am Sonntag das Essen zur Taufe unseres Sohnes in diesem Restaurant hatten muss ich leider eine negative Bewertung abgeben. Angekommen im Restaurant mussten wir nach 40 min selbst nach der Speisekarte fragen. 3 Gerichte auf der Karte waren nicht vorhanden. Reis zum Fisch wurde vergessen. Rinderfilet das medium bestellt wurde war ganz gar und trocken. Dafür 50 € zu bezahlen hat mir dann etwas Leid getan. Wir haben Kaffee bestellt, jedoch wollte keiner wissen ob wir ein Digestif haben wollen. Als der Kuchen kam, den wir hatten liefern lassen haben die Kellner voller Freude Happy Birthday gesungen... es hatte anscheinend noch immer keiner mitbekommen was genau gefeiert wurde obwohl der Kuchen beschriftet war. Der Keller hat den Rest des Kuchens wieder in die Küche gebracht und hatte dort dann die Frechheit dem Küchenpersonal ein Stück anzubieten!! Dummerweise hatte er nicht bemerkt dass mein Mann direkt hinter ihm stand um zu fragen ob es möglich wäre ein Stück für unsere Gäste abzuschneiden und einzupacken. Wir hatten für fast 600 € und ob wir vielleicht noch etwas aufs Haus trinken wollten hat uns auch leider keiner gefragt. Dies wäre als Entschuldigung für das unangebrachte Verhalten des Kellners vielleicht angebracht gewesen. Die Taufe unserer Tochter hatten wir vor 3 Jahren auch dort gefeiert und es war damals alles einwandfrei. In den letzten 10 Jahren waren wir sehr gerne dort jedoch war es dieses Mal für lange Zeit...

I generally like the restaurant and have been there several times. However, last few times the staff have not been very professional. Also, with the vegetarian orders the actual ingredient are not listed properly. My partner is vegetarian and ordered a dish which said would have roasted vegetables and purée. She received her dish with tomato’s, two pieces of onion and salad. The dish was full of Tofu which was not mentioned on the menu and it is something that is tasteless. When asked to make a suggestion about the dish... ie include that there is tofu in the dish on the menu, the waiter said he would come back and never did.

Also, for meaty dishes last two times I wanted to order a simple schnitzel they were out of meat for it.
