Hugo Coffee Brunch offers food made with what seems to be quality ingredients, but unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.

The service was extremely slow. We waited over 30 minutes just to place our order, and once we did, it took another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. To make matters worse, the burger and fries were cold, with the fries having that unpleasant greasy texture that happens when they sit too long.

But the worst part? When the waitress finally brought the food, she immediately told us we had to change tables—after making us wait an hour. When we pointed out that it would have made more sense to move us first, before serving cold food, her response was anything but professional: “What’s the problem?”

Maybe the fact that the food was cold prevented me from appreciating what many reviews praise about this place. In any case, while the ingredients seem to be of good quality, the final result was underwhelming.

Perhaps this was an isolated incident, but if it’s a regular occurrence, this place has a serious issue. Right now, patience and very low expectations...

I had the pleasure of enjoying brunch at this incredible spot, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel truly welcomed with their warm smiles and attentive service. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism.
