Naga - Restaurant — Restaurant in Mondercange

Our visit to this restaurant was deeply disappointing. From the start, the service was slow and disorganized — we waited over 25 minutes before anyone brought us a drinks menu, and that only happened after I flagged someone down. It took another 20 minutes just to receive our drinks.

The atmosphere didn’t help either. It felt chaotic, with waitstaff constantly rushing around in a disjointed, frantic manner, creating more stress than ambiance.

Unfortunately, the same sluggish pace and lack of coordination continued throughout the evening. The food was mediocre at best, yet priced as if it were fine dining. We ordered gyozas as a starter, which arrived lukewarm and were served with an extremely spicy sauce — so hot it was difficult to eat, yet there was no mention of this on the menu. The Black Angus beef was another letdown. The quality was far from what you’d expect at that price point — lacking both flavor and tenderness. It felt more like a budget cut dressed up as something premium.

When we shared our concerns at the end of the meal, the response from our server was dismissive and showed no willingness to acknowledge the issues.

Between the poor service, frantic environment, average food, and inflated prices, this was our first — and definitely last — visit. Not an experience...

Food quality good, quantity lower limit, price exceeding acceptable tolerance. Reservation system asks for a sucking email confirmation hours before the appointment (if I reserve, I go - if I can't go, I cancel). The glass of wine is more 1/4 glas of wine, but for the price of a bottle. The service doesn't really understand what was said (special requests were not considered, but acknowledged during order). Amazing experience. The food and drinks are delicious and the staff offers a good customer experience. They recently renovated the restaurant and the new decoration is very nice. If you are looking for a more quiet and intimate corner, I would recommend booking in the right side of the restaurant, which offers a more cozy experience and is less noisy. The price is not cheap, but also not so expensive. We were a couple, so we ordered one entry and main dish each, one dessert to share, plus 4 different drinks, and we spent a bit less...
