Restaurant - Pizzeria RUGOVA — Restaurant in Mondercange

We came to RUGOVA today to have some ice cream with our kids on a hot evening. After we had already sat down and ordered, the staff told us — quite bluntly — that next time we shouldn’t come just for dessert, as such customers are "not profitable" and should go elsewhere.

Frankly, for a simple local place with average food and service, this kind of attitude is completely out of place. The restaurant was nearly empty (only two tables occupied at 7 PM), and we were there just for 15 minutes. There was no sign or warning about such a rule, and the way it was communicated — in front of our children — was rude and unnecessary.

It left a bad impression and definitely discouraged us from ever coming back. When I do want to have a full meal, I’ll remember how we were treated here — and I’ll choose a place that actually...

Food was okay but service was horrible. The waiter forgot to ask some customers what they wanted to drink. I asked to take home the leftovers but they simply forgot to pack it even though I asked them two times if it were possible to take home the leftover food. Ich hab mir nh Pizza Teresa zum mitnehmen genommen. Als ich an der Theke stand hat die Frau hinter der Theke die für mich weder Serveuse war noch Bartenderin mir keine weiteren Infos gegeben wann die Pizza endlich fertig war sondern ich durfte still schweigend da stehen und warten. Nach der um 10min Falsch eingeschätzen Zeit hab ich dann meine Pizza bekommen auf die ich mich sehr freute. Als ich mich also in mein Auto gesetzt habe um die Pizza zu Essen wurde mir klar dass die Pizza so durchgenässt war vom Öl dass der Kartong schon anfing auseinander zu fallen genauso wie meine Kack-Pizza die nicht geschnitten war(was ich auch hätte fragen können tbf) und wo ein Ei drauf war welches nicht einmal ganz gekocht war sondern das Ei-Weiß noch durchsichtbar war. Also alles in Allem ein kompletter Reinfall und ich denke der Rest meiner Pizze ist für die Mülltonne besser gewesen als für mich.
