It is the first time in years that I have not seen a place like this.||Checked in and the lady at the reception was nice, I have booked a single room and went I saw the room I found it small so I decided to check wiry the hotel if possible to get a better room as the hotel was very quiet during those days (COVID TIMES). |She checked with the boss and returned to me saying that I should pay 100 euros for the bigger room instead of 80 so I said that no way. After lots of talking by themselves they agreed to offer a bigger room for me an my work colleague for the same price with the additional costs of breakfasts for 80 euros and 16 euros for the breakfasts. I must say the the cost of the breakfasts was really expensive. ||After checking in my work colleague found the mattress really dirty and we went to complain about it and to my surprise the owner came back again offering another room for 170 euros !!!! What? We do not want another room we just want the room to be clean and never asked for a more expensive room. This guy got really upset about this and said that as a punishment he would change us both to smaller rooms again.....crazy!!!!!||Our booking was supposed to be for a week and after 2 days we decided to leave and go to another hotel (better and cheaper). ||It was horrible experience with this guy!!!!...

Read moreUnfortunately I had to cancel our stay. I did that by e-mail three days before (one was required). I didn’t get a confirmation of my cancellation, nor another answer (except for the automatic reply). Not even after a reminder. A few days later I was unpleasantly surprised to see that the hotel charged my creditcard for the stay I cancelled. I called the hotel and they asked me to send an e-mail. So I did. This time I did get an answer: I had not cancelled the right way so that’s why they charged my creditcard. I was (am) so angry. A simple reply to my cancellation e-mail to ask me to cancel in another way would have been so easy. Or just cancelling it after receiving my e-mail. So I sent another e-mail to complain about this. Almost a week ago they said my e-mail was send to the direction. Still waiting for an answer from then. This is no way to treat your guests. I will definitely never book this hotel again. Feels like a total scam and rip-off: simply don’t answer an e-mail and you can charge...
