My visit to Gusto Naturale in Luxembourg was a delightful experience, meriting a well-deserved 4/5 rating. This restaurant combines modern, stylish decor with a warm, inviting atmosphere, making it a great destination for both casual and special occasions.
The culinary highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the gnocchi. Each piece was pillow-soft, yet held its shape beautifully, bathed in a flavorful sauce that struck a perfect balance between richness and delicacy. The gnocchi dish stood out for its homemade feel and the freshness of the ingredients, a testament to the kitchen's commitment to quality.
Dessert was the strawberry tartlette, which was equally impressive. The pastry was crisp and buttery, providing an excellent contrast to the sweet, juicy strawberries and the light, creamy filling. It was a beautifully composed dessert that tasted as good as it looked, ending the meal on a high note.
The ambiance of Gusto Naturale is modern and chic, with a décor that adds to the dining experience without overshadowing the food. The layout and design elements create a comfortable space that encourages you to relax and enjoy your meal.
Price-wise, Gusto Naturale offers decent value, especially considering the quality of the dishes served. The menu prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are satisfying, ensuring that you feel you've received good value for your money.
The service at Gusto Naturale was friendly and welcoming, with staff who genuinely seemed to care about providing a good experience. However, the one drawback of my visit was the long waiting times for dessert. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, there was a noticeable delay which slightly detracted from the otherwise smooth flow of the meal.
In conclusion, Gusto Naturale is a strong choice for anyone looking for tasty, well-prepared food in a stylish setting in Luxembourg. While there is room for improvement in service speed, particularly with dessert, the overall quality of the food and the pleasant atmosphere make it a restaurant I would recommend and return to. The gnocchi and strawberry tartlette are must-tries that showcase the best of what this delightful eatery...

Read moreThe quality of the food and the attitude of a member of staff has deteriorated enormously since my first visit. On my second visit I was served a mi cuit fillet of sole. Note that for me, mi cuit should not be dry and hard as leather. Sorry, but you've killed the sole a second time. Fortunately, the sauce tasted good enough to hide the poor cooking of the fish. Mi cuit is a culinary art that must be mastered or left to chefs who know their stuff. Next, their interpretation of Tiramisu is decidedly ridiculous. A scoop of ice cream (not even homemade) with a hard cookie covered in some sort of whipped cream. A slight taste of Tiramisu that unfortunately seemed artificial. As for the staff, well, they should be careful how they talk to customers. One of them making fun of my son who doesn't speak (because he doesn't speak French)...NO WAY. Especially not from someone who behaves out of place and smells like an ashtray in the middle of a restaurant. Second and...
