Worst place for claypot chicken rice due to the horrible service. Place was packed so we decided to still queue as we are not super hungry. After waiting in line for some time, it started to drizzle abit but we are just no.2 in line btw so we still waited. Lady boss didn't even bother to ask us if we are ok to wait or to leave knowing that they could no longer cope with the existing customer. So we thought there is hope,after knowing is going to rain, the lady boss decided to tell us no more soup and they only left claypot chicken rice and one vege option. She ask us to leave. She should have inform us from the very beginning and give us the heads up if they don't have much to offer and could not cope. This is a horrible attitude a F&B operator can offer to customer. Will never return to this place anymore and anyway the claypot chicken rice is not up to our standard anyway, we pick this place cause we don't a lot of option. Is not our style to rate a F&B operator so badly but this place...

Rating 3 stars not becoz not nice to eat but my expectations for Claypot chicken rice is very high based on my best experiences with it... so a bit sorry for the 3 Star.

What caught my attention to try is when socmed blogger showcase the egg inside the claypot rice which attract me to give it a try. Simple thing whichever CCR also can do but seems here is more widely use.

Boleh makan type of claypot rice, rice portion just ngam ngam, chicken parts balance and OK portion.

Haven't really got to find those old days claypot chicken rice which is rich in taste and cooked to perfection...

Old school set up ❤️🥳⭐️👍. The service here is fast and food is excellent. The claypot chicken rice here is one of the best in Cheras. Staffs are friendly and place is clean. Price is also reasonable (14 ringgits for small one and 21 ringgits for big one). The salted fish and chinese lap cheong here are superb..! Drinks here also are very nice. Highly recommended. Only thing to take note is the parking here can be difficult...
