Tealive Petronas Bukit Antarabangsa — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

Came today 16/1 @ 6pm to buy Tealive at Petronas BA. 3 staffs sat behind the preparing kitchen saw me at the counter and did nothing after I said hi twice. You saw a customer standing to order at your counter but you did not greet or even say hang on while supposed youre doing whatever behind there. Pretending to not see me at the counter is another hal. I had to inform Petronas Mesra counter on this and they claimed Tealive supervisor is also there amongst the 3. Bad customer service like super bad.

I ended up leaving and didnt even...

Based on other reviews, I think this outlet needs to add more items in their inventory especially the pearl/boba. Personally if I go there 5pm onwards, 90% of the time the staff will say they run out of pearl. On the staff side, never encountered bad service. There's this one guy who used to work at the Petronas counter, he now works with Tealive and he's always polite and serves his customer well. All in all, this outlet has big potential but the boss must do something about...
