The 马尼菜面线 is one of the best I could find in Kuching. I tried to find similar in Singapore but failed to do so. Look at the video and spot tiny bits of shrimp bits. Its basically sakura prawn bits deep fried into the staple. The ingredients that they use is visually more than the staple itself which is amazing. Price is not expensive at all, if my memory did not fail, its about 20+ RM.
Another recommended would be their homemade fried beancurd. That one is another must try.
