After the transaction, the cashier informed us of the total amount. My wife, unable to hear the price clearly due to ambient noise, politely asked the cashier to repeat it. To our shock, the cashier did not respond and instead displayed an annoyed expression, making us feel unwelcome and disrespected. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, as we were simply seeking clarification. Such poor attitude from staff reflects badly on your brand and detracts from the dining experience.Additionally, the environment of the restaurant was far from conducive to enjoying a meal. The dining area had an overwhelming smell of detergent, which we later noticed was due to staff cleaning the floor during peak lunch hours. This strong chemical odor significantly diminished our appetite and made it difficult to enjoy the food, despite its quality. Working in f&b can be extremely tiring mentally and physically, I know. Been there, done that. I hope the cashier's okay.
About the restaurant, orders are served fast after ordering. As a chicken rice lover, I love it. The place can be crowdy during peak hours. I was there during peak time and it really shows. That's how good this place is. Will definitely eat there again whenever I happened...

Tapi semalam kecewa la sebab terjumpa pula staf kurang mesra. Saya datang sekitar 9.30pm, tengok dalam kedai masih ada orang tengah makan2. Saya pun datang ke kaunter sambil tengok menu. Tiada angin tiada ribut, staf dikaunter dengan suara agak kasar bagitahu mereka tutup suda. Saya tiada masalah kalau tidak terima order lagi. Tapi tu suara jangan keras la. Saya baru tengok menu, belum pun bersuara dan tidak pun memaksa mau juga order makanan, sudah kena bagi sound kasar. Pandangan staf tu pun tidak mesra. Mana-mana tempat kerja memang ada tekanan, saya faham tu. Tapi kalau kau sebagai pelanggan, hepi2 ko jalan mau order makanan, tiba2 kena sound pakai suara kasar, tidak ko badmood terus ka?? Stress tu jangan lempar ke pelanggan. Ada tekanan dalam tempat kerja sila kasitau tu bos kau. Bukan kasi tempias2 sama pelanggan.
