SugarBun Express UUC, Telipok — Restaurant in Sabah

I was there for my lunch, not many people dine in the restaurant, but i did saw a few grab/panda riders waiting for order. So i assume the order traffic was so-so. Made my order and was told to wait for 12 mins, the food will be delivered to my table and so i wait. But after 20-ish minutes passed, my food havent arrived so i thought maybe they were just busy, so i decided to just let it go and wait for another few minutes. Then 30 minutes passed but my food haven't arrived yet. So i went up to the counter, i SMILED and ASKED POLITELY for my food, addressing them my concerns since my lunch break was only 1 hour. "si anu salah bagi kali ni kan" was one of the lines i picked up from the conversation between the cashier and the waitress, but they didnt bother to explain to me what happened. So they just quickly made my order and give it to me, then delivered my drink after another 10 minutes. and i didnt event get to hear a single sorry from them. I could have just gotten mad at them for the late service, but i was being considerate. And when i didnt got my "sorry" or at least "thanks for your patience", i feel like customer welfare is not taken care of. So that is that for the one star service, the food is still...

I'm fine with the restaurant...But the only think i will give 1 star or maybe no star rate at all...is your chicken burger... 1)Bun is not freshly serve 2)Chicken on the bun is not crispy and hot and it's really hard to eat and i know its not fresh...the flour that was cook with the chicken is already hard....how can i enjoy eating?? Please keep your quality at its best...i enjoy eating chicken burger at old sugarbun place.But now gonna write about this...please do train your worker on to serve best quality... The rest of the food is very good well done....fried chicken is good n the rice...

Been there today with the kids, love the environment there..kid friendly..outlet has kid playground and the staffs r so friendly in attending our orders. So far i like their new menu..swinger burger..it freshly served..the bun is so soft with tenderly n crisply chicken fillet👍🏻👍🏻.. sure will come again and highly...
