HK Seafood Restaurant (Inanam) — Restaurant in Borneo

Worst food and experience ever. Got one plate with rice, vege and fish. Another plate with rice, 2 meat (price shown rm3 each) and 1 egg. Asked total how much, cashier simply said rm28+. Asked to breakdown one by one how much. Suddenly said she calculated wrong and change to rm26+. Insisted a breakdown of the price of the food, this time the cashier use calculator and count and said the total rm21+. Then AGAIN suddenly said “ oh sorry patut rm23+” ????? Again I asked how much they charged for each one of the food. Cashier suddenly said the fish different charge rm6 and blah blah doesn’t even know what she’s trying to say. So I just paid the rm23+ and left. Will not come back again. Not to mention all the tables are dirty even the chairs are dirty. Worst dine in...

Food is ok.average quality for the price. But their staff services here is not good at all.they are not rude,dont get me wrong.but their way of serving customers are not good at all.not expecting them to be like 5star restaurant or hotel,but at least good enough to make your customers feel pleasant. Also if your e-wallet/card machine is not available pls tell the staff to put a sign indicate that the machine is not available so that people can prepare their cash beforehand.not everyone bring lots of cash...

Set up like a fastfood style restaurant, so decided to give it a try. Thought can get the food and finish the meal in a very short time. Unfortunately I was wrong... I waited for 45 mins only I discovered that most of the table came after me hv been eating and I hv not get any food delivered to me yet... At the end the food came 10mins after I complainted to the manager... Also they told me the soup I ordered was finished and replace me with another soup as they can't refund...
