Personal Opinion: 1st time customer here Yogurt Ice Cream + Pistachio is nothing to shout about. For me, it tastes like cardboard and sour cream. Um, I don’t know how to feel, because from the hype it got from Kuching Food Festival I would’ve expected a bit more better, for this price point too. I guess if you eat the ice cream and chew on the cookie at the same time it’ll be more pleasant. But the cookie was okok only. The sample cookies from the CNY collection were not bad, each to their own tastes I suppose. Didn’t get to try their famous tiramisu, might or might not come back next time to see if it’ll change my mind

Great place for desserts. Especially their cookies but if you are planning to grab something sweet whilst there then go with either their yoghurt or chocolate soft serve. We also had their Tiramisu which was of a more dense yet smooth sponge like texture and not too sweet. Their brownies looked good as well but we didn't try this. Probably save it for another time. Worth a trip for all the sweet tooths out there. Enjoy.

The cookies are so good!! I think its better than famous amous. The staff also friendly and the price is affordable. Despite the small shop, they have variety of cookies and I really cant choose which cookies I want to buy! For muslims, do not hesitate as they do have Halal Cert! They accept cashless payment— cards and ewallet. My favourite cookies is the Malted Milo flavour 🥰

Their cookies look like any other cookies but the taste is out of this world. They're not lumps of sugar. Just slightly sweet. With real buttery taste. Ok for diabetics to eat a piece or two when craving for cookies. When you enter the shop you will be overwhelmed by the many packets and small jars of cookies. Nevertheless there is no annoying signs that says smells are free. When I went to buy they have a promotion that's not shown. That is if your bill exceeds rm40 you can buy any of their rm18 /jar cookies for RM10 only. I don't know limited to how many jrs at this price. For the rm23/jar type, you only pay rm15. Besides cookies they have very delicious cakes, tarts and ice cream. On a hot day just drop by this shop to cool yourself down with their delicious yogurt or chocolate ice cream. Only RM7 for a small cup. They have a little clean place for you to sit down and enjoy your dessert. Recommended to come here with a friend to cool down or to chat. To me their products are reasonably priced because you get the quality...

Me and my friend went a few days ago, wanting to try their ice cream as we kept seeing them promoting it on facebook. As we arrived at this Jerald's cookies establishment we were greeted with rather SOUR AND SMELLY faces by the staff as if we owed them money. The service is really horrible. We asked the cashier if the ice cream was available and she replied us with an ATTITUDE with a simple ‘ROSAK ROSAK’ while she was watching her show on her phone. Isn’t it proper service knowledge to off your phone while serving customers? I expected a better service from a small well renowned business. Wont be making my second visit...
