KFC Sepanggar — Restaurant in Borneo

VERY BAD SERVICE. Order from KFC App, wait for 1 hour still not yet out for delivery, called and said NO RIDER to collect. Wait for 15mins more to call back, and they refused to pick up my call, only after calling continuously for 10mins they pick up. Still same reason no rider, ask me to cancel or come own collect. No refund option!

What a unreasonable explanation. Act fool when being asked who's being responsible for getting rider. And seems like it's not their problem, however they charge RM5 for delivery fee. If you can't do delivery, don't accept the order!

Been buying from this branch for very long time, first time to experience such bad service & attitude....

Good place to meet-up, eating with families and chill 📌 Their serve fresh and hot 🔥 food ! Have 2 tingkat ! Order food using machine. Have 3 option to pay , if using machine can pay with debit/ credit card and Qr code other options can pay cash at counter. Staff very helpful when you don't understand how to use a machine. Friendly staff and good service. Very good, clean and cozy place 😁....

I discovered KFC by accident when my family and I decided to stop by at this restaurant on a very colorful night in 2004 (I was 3 years old at that time)! Ah, I became a KFC "fan for life" since then... Oh, most importantly, I'd like to always buy KFC meals at this branch after I move to Seri Maju Sepangar Ria...
