Very nice atmosphere and well lit place, seems comfortable.

Self-service food cabinet appears to be slightly off to the side and may incur some unnecessary foot traffic that clashes with the ordering queue at the counter and the seating island table in the middle of the area. But still understandable given the limited space of the shop area.

Drinks are excellent as well, quality is on par with the main shop at Times Square Miri. Enough staff are there to cater to the steady stream of clientele and drink/orders are served without too much waiting time.

*Although today I noticed one senior staff was openly loud and scolding other junior staff in front of customers. The Management would do well to discipline said senior staff and avoid making a scene, as staff can be managed without being overly hostile and aggressive, especially the drinks preparation area is openly visible to all customers. That senior staff should learn to control his temper and avoid making a scene.

*Also, don't bother with the previous reviewer called Ben L., he made that review with some sort of super high expectation for a bubba tea shop that just opened for business a day before amid a pandemic. His review is nonsense and not objective regarding the overall service and product(s) of the establishment. And he did not articulate the issue well enough for the shop to receive a one star rating. Disregard that nonsense.

Overall, the place is nice and the products are decent. Staff service quality can certainly improve and i look forward to...

First visit and it's going to be the LAST. Went to this bubble tea shop, saw that at the counter there's this promo 3 drinks for rm20. Told them would like to get this. However, they told us this promo is not available. I'm like ??? What's the point putting the promo there while you don't have the promo. This is misleading customer, should remove it while you don't have. Whatever. Just ordered a signature pearl Milk tea. Asked for no ice, they say cannot. It's ok. Then I ask for less ice. When I got the drink, the amount of ice is half a cup. It's ridiculous. The pearl taste extremely sweet, and it's hard, not that chewy type. Maybe they kept the pearl overnight? Idk. The milk tea taste like got the powdery creamer taste.

Overall, I don't think it's worth visiting. Its more expensive then other bubble tea shop around. There's lots more other bubble tea shop which is much...

Never had a really superb tea cheezo before. The food there are also 👍👍👍 very recommended. Parking is easy to find, just that the space there not big enough. They have foodpanda too. Stay at home and order from foodpanda. It was crowded there anyways. Only few seating available (max 2 pax per table). The staff were nice and friendly. This place is amazing!!!
